Woodland Garden Plant Spotlight
Here are some of the plants we've used in our woodland garden.

Construction
The woodland garden is in a very shady part of our garden area thanks to a border of leylandii conifer trees and is at times, boggy. The idea of this garden was to embrace these features and create a scene akin to a stream running through the edge of a woodland, complete with patches of bog plants.
Once the physical excavation/molding of the earth and lining of the stream was complete, it was time to plant! Our dedicated plant ladies carefully picked out an assortment of plants not only to suit this area's climate, but also, plants that will provide the best for our pollinators and provide a habitat for wildlife.
Finally, it was time to sit back, and wait for the plants to establish, and the area to mature. One year on, it has started to fill out, yet the journey has only just begun.
